Michelle has been working with us for 10 mos, from baby care to toddler care. She is WONDERFUL. She is highly professional—punctual, reliable, a good communicator, and very warm and caring. She is interested in child development, too. She plans outings and play dates and has built a community with other caretakers in our neighborhood. Our child (and dog!) wait at the window eagerly on days when she is coming to our home. We are so lucky to have her in our lives!
