About Michelle

Caring for and investing in children is more than a job to me it's something I genuinely love. For over five years, I've had the privilege of caring for children from infants to pre teens, both professionally and through volunteering at my church and serving on mission trips where I had the opportunity to care for and connect with children. As a nanny, I love taking a teacher like approach to childcare. I enjoy getting to know each child's personality and finding ways to encourage their curiosity, confidence, independence, and love of learning. Whether we're reading, doing educational activities, creating crafts, playing outside, or learning through everyday routines, I want children to feel engaged, challenged, and encouraged to grow. I'm patient, nurturing, dependable, and comfortable providing structure and enforcing household rules. I value open communication with parents and want to work together as a team to support their child.
