Michelle worked for my 91 year old mother (who has dementia) for about 4-5 months in Virginia Beach. She is an extremely dependable, honest and knowledgeable CNA who has a great enthusiastic, upbeat personality. My mom really enjoyed her company and she was very pro-active in getting my mom engaged in activities and physical exercise. She took care of cleaning (her apartment was kept spotless and well organized), helping my mom get showered and dressed, helping her take her medicine and Ozempic injections, transporting her wherever needed, and accompanying her to medical appointments. I highly recommend hiring her and I would hire her again in an instant.
