With over 34 + years experience, I SPECIALIZE in infant and toddler care! I've been babysitting since I was 11 years old and have 4 full grown children of my own (ages 25yrs-33 yrs!!)
I prefer to start with an infant (ages 6 weeks-3 months old) and stay with a family for years if possible. I also (up until 6/2020 and had worked there for the 18 years) worked in my church's nursery plus have worked at other churches and have been fingerprinted and background checked. I have long histories of long term families and lots of references. Also years experienced with multiple infants at the same time. I am fully covid-19 vaccinated and booster vaccinated, and Adult/Infant CPR and First aid certified.

We were always confident that F had the best of care when with Michelle. She was very in tune with her needs, preferences, saftey and disposition. She took care of our little one for a year and a half and we are so grateful. We know that the top-notch care Michelle gave F  helped her develop into the sweet, thoughtful, smart, kind little person she is today! We had local grandparents who wanted to care for F on Mondays, so this schedule worked well for us. 

Michelle has truly been a blessing to our family taking care of our son.  She is very intentional and maintains a high standard of care. We always felt very comfortable with our child being in her care. We cannot recommend her enough to any family looking for childcare services!

We love Michelle! She is so wonderful with our twins and cared for them as infants 2 months until they were 6 months old! She is loving and attentive, we would recommend her to anyone looking for a trusted nanny for your babies!

We used Michelle starting when our son was five months old. She is very good with younger kids and nap schedules. She drove the kids every day to the park or some sort of activity.  Michelle does have a very strict sick policy. 

Michelle was an answered prayer for our family. She took our son in at nearly 4 months old and treated him like he was her own. She helped us out greatly with his sleep schedule and playing with his new baby friends. I would absolutely recommend Michelle to be a caretaker for your little ones. She is great!

Michelle is an absolute angel. She was so great in taking care of my little Mia starting at just over 2 months. Mia always napped well, ate from her bottle, socialized, and worked on all her skills. She always came home happy and tired!! I couldn’t have asked for a better person to look over our little Mia. Michelle is an excellent communicator and loves her littles like her own children. We are forever grateful to Michelle!  

Michelle has watched three of my kiddos for the past 3 1/2 years. She started when my now three your old Was just a little baby fresh out of open-heart surgery. I trust her to the moon and back. She is extremely organized and punctual and does so much to keep the kids active and busy throughout the day. They were able to go on so many adventures that they never would get to do in a regular daycare situation. They also picked up some awesome manners, fun, new songs and the ability to really use their imaginations through  explorative play and learning. Our work schedule has gotten very hectic and we found that we need an in-home nanny Tessa silicate some of our crazy travel schedule. We still would love to use Michele at least a day a week to give our nanny a break. Our kiddos are one year old three years old and four years old she's watched our one-year-old since he was Just six weeks. We even called her over one night to help grandma settle the baby when I was out of town. :)

Michelle watched our two kids in her home for a year. She is absolutely amazing. Even when we were sharing her with other families, I always knew my kids' schedule would be honored and that they would be so well taken care of. She is excellent at communicating and very reliable. The kids always had a great time in her care. I highly recommend her!

Michelle came into our life the critical part of our journey. She took excellent care of both of our kids and treating them like our own. We are so grateful for her and her service! Highly recommend her.

We have been blessed to have Michelle in my daughter's life for almost two years and I can't say enough positive things about her. I love that she takes the kids out on mini field trips during the week to the library, zoo, playgrounds, etc. She is really great about sending pictures throughout the week of your child having fun! It really helps put your mind at ease knowing your child is enjoying themselves. Michelle is always professional, punctual and communicative. Her daily notes are very thorough. 

Michelle truly cares for the kids she watches and we couldn't be more thankful for her. We have come to love her as part of our family!

Michelle put me at ease when I had to go back to work early after having my newborn. She took care of Rowan like he was her own child. She kept in contact throughout the day to ease my worries! Rowan thrived for the year he was in her care. I cannot recommend Michelle enough!
