We were so lucky to have Michelle look after our toddler and 9 year old over summer. She was absolutely amazing with the kids, punctual, reliable and accommodating. She always came prepared with activities, planned for the day and kept the two kids entertained the entire time. She was also good in noticing my non-communicating toddler needs and her character and was very responsive to that. Both my kids adored her; she is surely a pleasant person to be around. I have no hesitancy in recommending her and would definitely love to have her nannying for us again!
