About Michelle

My name is Michelle and I live in Twin Falls, Idaho. I have been in the education field for over 16 years. I have taught special education for six years and elementary education for 7 years. During my time as a general education teacher, I taught third grade for five years and first grade for two years. Prior to teaching, I worked as a para-professional as an English as a Second Language assistant and as a resource room para-professional. Furthermore, I have also worked as school substitute for kindergarten through twelfth grade. My passion is helping students learn. My biggest strength is teaching young children to read. I am highly trained in teaching direct instruction early literacy. I have seen my students in the past make a lot of progress in reading. I look forward in helping your child be successful.
