We feel really lucky to have had Michelle with our family these past few months. She took amazing care of our newborn and gave us so much peace of mind during a pretty overwhelming time. She’s incredibly caring, reliable, and just genuinely great with kids. It’s obvious this is something she’s been doing for a long time and truly loves. On a few occasions she also helped with our 2-year-old, and handled both kids so calmly and confidently. She was always communicative, professional, and easy to work with. We trusted her completely with our kids, which says everything. The only reason we’re not continuing with Gail is because we’re moving and switching to a daycare setup. Otherwise we’d absolutely keep working with her. Any family would be lucky to have her. We can’t recommend her enough.
