About Michelle

I've loved working with children in many capacities - I've taught swim lessons, babysat, nannied, provided behavioral therapy for children with Autism, and most recently have worked with children in social emotional learning as a practicum student for my graduate program. I'm in an online Master's program and I've recently moved from Colorado to KC to spend quality time with my family while I finish my degree. I get so much joy helping kids through their day and watching them grow and learn, and felt a return to childcare would be great fit for the next year and a half. I take pride in being highly reliable and a clear communicator. I believe in a balance of fun and learning, having fair expectations, and caring for them as if they're my own family. I follow the lead of the parent's preferences when it comes to care, structure, and accountability. Please do not hesitate to ask for more information and details of my experience.
