I hired Michelle to do after-school pick-ups. My son and I met her and were excited about her. On the first day she was supposed to pick up my son she did not show up. No call, no text. She seemed to turn off her phone too because my call to her went straight to VM. She ghosted us with no warning at all and put myself and my son in a a very stressful situation.
