About Michelle

I can best describe my recent work history as a "professional mother." I have been a caregiver for my adult son, who has severe autism and many medical issues. I've also cared for a young senior who is 100% disabled for much of the last five years until she moved to another state, and last year, a lady in her late eighties who was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, substance addiction, and severe dementia. I can provide a letter from the family with these references. As my son is now in a full-time care facility, I have more time to devote to another family's needs. I can help with light housekeeping and cooking, medication dispensing/record keeping, transportation to appointments, errands, and general companionship. If your loved one is the sort who enjoys long conversations about various topics, I am your lady. I am a fiction writer in my off-hours and have an interest and curiosity about most every subject. If your senior enjoys talking about it, so do I.
