I have worked with kids ranging from newborn to 14 years old since I was 11 years old. I worked for neighbors, friends of friends, daycare, and family. I love kids of all ages. I want to be a nurse and care for infants particularly, so it is not just a hobby, but a life style I am choosing for myself. I was CPR certified and on track to be an EMT, so I do function well in an emergency and I am more than happy to renew the CPR certification. I am very responsible, but I definitely know how to balance fun, so the kids can feel comfortable with me. I'm very good at arts and crafts, and always excited to bake or do something new with the kids. I am just about to finish my Bachelor's degree in Psychology this spring which I have found very helpful in my child care experience. I also spent the summer volunteering at an orphanage that I visit regularly in Mexico, which also helped with my child care experience; while in Mexico I cared for 7-8 6-year-olds at a time for 8-hour shifts. After experiencing bathing and dressing that many children at one time, I have no doubt that I can manage taking care of any child of any age, and any tasks you throw my way!
Michelle is currently employed at a bank as a teller, she has worked under my direct management for 2 1/2 years. Michelle is very diligent and has a strong work ethic some of her responsibilities are; *Introduce customers to new products and services, and generate leads for other members of the sales team to close. *Daily sales goals. *Make customers feel welcome and also engage customers in conversation to learn about their financial needs. *Process between 20-25 customer transactions each hour with no mistakes through patience, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures. *Responsible for maintaining and balancing a cash drawer of approximately $25,000.00. Michelle's commitment and interpersonal skills excel noticeably within her peer group, her work is thorough and her customer service is beyond expectations. She often asks the right questions to anticipate issues and attempt to avert future problems. I am very impressed with Michelle's ability to remain proactive while working with complex transactions and day to day tasks. Michelle is a team player and would make a great asset to any organization.
