About Michelle

I hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology and have extensive experience supporting students with diverse academic, developmental, and learning needs. Most recently, I worked as an Educational Therapist and Resource Teacher, providing individualized instruction to eight students in grades 1-8. I developed personalized lesson plans and conducted two 80-minute one-on-one sessions weekly per student using NILD and TEACH techniques. Previously, I worked as a Learning Specialist, supporting many students in kindergarten through 12th grade with diverse learning styles, academic challenges, and disabilities. I believe every student deserves patience, encouragement, and individualized support. My goal is to create a positive learning environment where students can strengthen their skills, overcome challenges, and build confidence in their abilities.
