About Michelle

I am an experienced childcare professional with 15 years of total professional experience working with children: 3 years working as a legally unlicensed childcare provider and 12 years owning and operating a state-licensed home childcare. I am CPR and First Aid certified and bilingual in Spanish and English, allowing me to effectively support diverse families. I have worked with children with delayed speech, ADHD, and high-functioning ASD, fostering an inclusive environment for all. As a professional musician and singer, I incorporate music into daily activities to enrich children's experiences. With a passion for the outdoors, nature, bugs, and animals, I engage children in exploring the natural world. I am dedicated to providing a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for children to grow and develop.
