Hi, I'm Michelle. I am a fun, caring, responsible, honest, reliable, and punctual person. With 12+ years of childcare experience, and a mother of 3 girls; 10, 3, 10 months I'm confident in my ability to provide top-notch care. I've developed strong skills in child development, safety, and understanding that no child are the same. I have my Adult and Pediatric CPR & First Aid/AED certificate that I renew every 2 years. I'm passionate about creating a nurturing environment for children to grow into their own persons and reach their milestones. I'd love to bring my skills and experience to your family. The most important part is for your child(ren) to have be safe and have a wonderful experience with a nanny and feel comfortable and be like family/best friends.
