About Michelle

Supporting and caring for people has been a lifelong calling for me. Frankly I've done it most of my life - without being paid for it! My nature is one of patience, caring and compassion and I strive to be genuinely present with every visit. I also hold CPR and First Aid Training certifications. I assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and respite care while offering companionship at the same time. When working with memory care clients, I focus on meeting them in their present moment with empathy and with redirection when needed. Clear communication is important; therefore I will provide regular updates via your preferred method to keep you informed. Building trust is also important; I do my best to listen with both my ears and my heart to instill comfort and hopefully build that trust, while honoring an individual's personal preferences. Ultimately my goal is to care for your loved one as I would for my own.
