About Michelle

My love for working with children started through babysitting, and it's become something I'm truly passionate about. I'm currently a Neuroscience student at the University of Delaware with a minor in Early Childhood Development. I have 3+ years of experience caring for children, including those with diabetes and children who benefit from ABA support. I'm also a Certified Home Health Aide, LLAM-certified to administer medication, and CPR/First Aid certified. I'm patient, dependable, and strive to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment. I'm happy to send picture updates and daily recaps so you always know how your child is doing. I can also help with meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, and keeping your home tidy to make life a little easier.
