I am a registered nurse of 19 years. I have worked mother/baby and NICU my entire career. I added my lactation consultant certification, IBCLC, 2 years ago. I recently cut back my hours at hospital, ready to slow down only working weekends 9 to 5 so I am still available on those days before and after work. In addition to floor nursing I have taught the newborn care class and breastfeeding class. I am extremely active have run marathons and completed one half Iron man. My husband and I have raised 3 amazing kiddos now 16, 21, and 25. Our oldest son is currently deployed I'm a proud Navy Mom. We have 2 dogs a pug and a boxer who are spoiled, loved members of our family. I Am available for overnight respite care, daytime, and lactation visits.

Michelle is my kids FAVORITE babysitter! I can trust her with all 3 of my kiddos ages 1-7 and they all are sad when she leaves! I also work as a RN with Michelle and she is an amazing nurse! I trust her 100% and she's always offering to do way more than expected! She will be your new go-to!!!
