About Michelle

15 years experience in caring for infants-high school age, Homeschool Teacher, and previously a Licensed Family Childcare Provider. Providing a safe and trusting relationship, prayer, making food, cleaning, organizing, positive role model and teaching, being silly respectfully, when challenges occur then asking why, giving comfort, time outs/time ins, encouraging self control, asking what to do next when in situation, modeling positive behavior, praising, teaching empathy and sympathy, "God's way", transition strategies, and caring. I enjoy being in the process as they grow and glow each day. Sharing communication and follow through as a team for the children's precious hearts.
