We hired Michelle to assist my 88 year old mom. Michelle suggested she take my mom to a yoga class for the elderly at a recreation center nearby. She drove my mom to the class, attended the class with her and drove her back home. After the class, my mom sounded great! Energized and invigorated. It was a great experience for her.
