Hello all! My name is Michelle & I just graduated this past May from San Jose State University with my bachelor's degree in child & adolescent development. I am looking to further my education & pursue my masters In January of 2025 to receive my License in counseling & therapy. I have 6 years of experience caring for other children, & I've had the opportunity to work for some amazing families. My work experience in the childhood field includes: working with previous families (ages 5 months-3years old), after school programs (k-5), & infant day cares where we taught child developmental curriculum. As current & previous nanny for several families of infants, I have done the following: - Created a nurturing & warm environment for the baby by gentle parenting - Created a strong bond with children & the families - Encourage daily infant/child development activities that will have an impact on the growth of the child Thank you for considering me to be a part of your family!

Parents, stop scrolling through options and message Michelle. As new parents who were also new to the bay area, we were nervous about finding the right person to care for our 7 month old son. Michelle was responsive and punctual. She's warm and approachable, and our son quickly took a liking toward her. She's a former teacher at a well-known, reputable daycare center, so she knows how to take care of children - she also knew how to use his toys better than we did :) Part of me didn't want to write this review so she doesn't get booked up when we need her, but she's so good at what she does and deserves to be recognized for it.
