Hi, I'm Michelle! I have several years of experience working with children in both general education and special education settings. I've worked as a paraprofessional in low-incidence and behavior classrooms, supporting students from pre-k through High School. I'm patient, calm under pressure, and genuinely love helping kids feel safe, supported, and confident. I understand that every child is different and I take the time to meet them where they are.
