Hi! My name is Michelle, and I am a sophomore. I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. With two years of babysitting experience and a background in early child development, I'm well-equipped to provide a safe and nurturing environment. My experience as a swim instructor, lifeguard, and pool deck supervisor has fostered my skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and patience. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular daily updates. My calm and friendly demeanor allows me to connect easily with children, making me comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured environment. My skills include CPR and First Aid training, and I'm happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I look forward to meeting you and your family!
