About Michelle

With a passion for language and a strong academic background, I am thrilled to be your tutor. As a bachelors degree holder in English and Spanish Literature, I have immersed myself in the beauty of language! As an intern assistant for entry level English and writing courses at CUNY Lehman College I gained valuable experience with diverse learning styles and proficiency. I have developed an inclusive and adaptable teaching approach, ensuring that each child receives the attention they require to thrive academically. From my tutoring endeavors, and in my current role as an immigration paralegal for a non-profit organization. My role involves advocating and navigating immigrants rights, and offering legal assistance. Which has allowed me to further develop my communication and writing skills, which compliments my tutoring abilities, enabling me to connect with students of various backgrounds and to ensure a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
