About Michelle

I'd describe my personality as a kind hearted sweet soul, that purely enjoys seeing kids and other happy. I love to build bonds with kids, earn their trust, and be another open ear for them. I like working with kids because I love seeing them mentally and psychically grow. I love being able to say: "Hey, I taught them that!". Seeing them grow and develop is very rewarding to me. I'm looking for a job that treats me as one of their own family members. I'm looking for open communication through the parents and I, having trust, and a clear schedule of expectations and wants! Most of all, I'm looking to have fun with your child, keep them safe, and handle responsibilities.
