I have a Bachelors degree in Business Management. I have worked in the corporate world for over 20 years. I started caring for the elderly part time while working full time because it is something I am very passionate about! I decided to pursue becoming a Nurses Aid and now do this full time. I have several years experience of the following; respite care, medication management, hoyer lift cooking, cleaning, running errands, everyday ADL's, and most of all companionship. I have over 8 years experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia patients. My work history includes the following experience; Paraplegic, Quadriplegic, and MS patients. I love helping others as it is very rewarding. I am very well structured and organized in caring for you or your loved one! My hobbies include spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, swimming, and fitness. On a special note I know I was called upon to help and guide families.

Michelle goes above and beyond everyday. I hired her to help care for my mom who has terminal cancer. When I hired her my mom still had some independence but needed help getting around and having meals made. She couldn't be home alone. Michelle has adapted and took on more and more. She stays busy, helps around the house, with the pets, and became a friend to my mom. She took on intense wound care, bathing (showers, baths, and now bed baths, medicating, housekeeping, cooking, and companionship. She's experienced and it shows. Michelle is very in tune with the needs of my mom, even when she became almost non-verbal. I would recommend Michelle to anyone who has a loved one with basic to very in depth needs. She's a quick learner, hard worker, flexible, and caring. She is gifted with people and she would be an asset to any home in need of helping hands.
