Hi! My name is Michelle, and I'm a sweet, patient, and dependable caregiver who truly enjoys working with children. I'm nurturing, attentive, and hands-on, and I prioritize creating a safe, calm, and loving environment where kids feel comfortable and supported. I started caring for children around age 17 by helping with younger family members and babysitting regularly. I enjoy being part of children's daily routines and helping them feel understood as they grow. I'm looking for a long-term position with a family where I can build trust and consistency. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, Pilates and workout classes, cooking, baking, and spending time with family. I'm also happy to help with cooking, light cleaning, pet care, and household support.
