I'm a semi-retired IT professional with a mini-poodle at home and a freshman at TAMU (whoop!). Started tutoring in college, and I created several courses and assessment systems at Pearson. I'm a certified editor. Killer at math, but I admit I might need some pre-session prep on advanced stuff. I'm a fun companion, but not a medical professional. CPR certified. I'd describe my personality as patient, direct, sociable. I like tutoring because I love it when a light bulb comes on. Everyone deserves a love of learning! I'm looking for a job that gives me a chance to give back and make friends. I started tutoring when I needed extra cash in college. In my spare time, I like to quilt, play board games, cook. I'm writing a novel, too. One thing you should know about me is I'm loyal. My skills include English, math, statistics.
