Although Michelle applied promptly when I posted the job, although her phone demeanor was pleasant, it strikes me as entirely unprofessional to "ghost" people in need of help by not returning phone calls and not showing up when she'd promised. An honest "I'm not interested anymore" would have been professional and appreciated. What game is she playing? I have needs to meet and no time for people like her jerking me around.
