I could not give Ms Michelle a more glowing recommendation. From the time our daughter was 6 months old to 2.5 years old, Ms Michelle was a staple in her life. Our daughter is very advanced scholastically and very social, in large part due to the work of Ms Michelle. Ms Michelle is extremely attentive, caring, patient and can draw a hard line which is absolutely necessary for a toddler. When I was home I would constantly hear our daughter and Ms Michelle laughing, learning, playing and enjoying each others company. Our daughter, now in day care, often asks where Ms Michelle is and absolutely glows when Ms Michelle stops by for a while to see her. I feel lucky that we were able to find such a great nanny to share so much of that vital timeframe with someone who cared so deeply, not only about her work, but our daughter.
