Our family had the pleasure of interviewing Michelle! From the phone interview, to the in person, she was AMAZING! She followed up the morning of the interview to confirm the time, she was punctual, personable, sweet, and my girls seemed to really like her. She even messaged after the interview to show appreciation. We ultimately had to make a difficult decision and picked another candidate. I think she would be a great addition to your family!!!
