I absolutely adore babies and children. Growing up, I have always had such a strong love for babies and children. I have over 12 years experience working as a full time nanny and providing care to children of different ages. I have worked closely with infants and toddlers. I have experience caring for children with severe medical issues such as being fed through a feeding tube, suffering from kidney failure, and having a tracheostomy. I was well involved in these children's medical care and care for them through many different surgeries and hospital stays and I was highly involved in their early intervention care. I really enjoy introducing new things to them such as different foods or different challenges. I love creating a stimulating environment for them to learn and have fun in. I love being outdoors exploring the world with the children I care for as well.

We interviewed Michelle for a nanny position for our 3 month old baby boy. She replied to messages promptly, showed up on time for interview, and provide quickly contact for references. Michelle showed a solid experience as a long-term full time nanny and a good track record for infant care. We contacted the previous employers for references, which were excellent and highlighted how reliable and caring Michelle is. In our case, we were fortunate enough have very strong applicants and we ended up selecting another great nanny who had slightly more experience, but we felt that Michelle would be a great fit for our family and we would trust her for the care of son. We would absolutely recommend considering to interview Michelle!
