I've recently stepped down from my 7 years position as a memory care director of the dementia care department in an assisted living community. I am currently looking to return to private care so that I can devote my full attention to one person. I've worked with people from all walks of life and ethnicities. Michelle was amazing! My mother did not take to most people and she really, really liked Michelle. Michelle is incredibly caring and clearly loves spending time with seniors. My mother really liked Michelle's cooking, and she found Michelle very interesting to talk to. Michelle went above and beyond in her care for my mother, even visiting on her own time when my mother was in a sub-acute care facility. Michelle was also very easy for me to work with. She was always on time, very communicative, and always cheerful. She has a ton of energy and is super capable and very thoughtful. I am really glad I found Michelle on Care.com. She gets my highest recommendation!
