About Michelle

Hi, my name is Michelle and I'm a 55-year-old empty nester in Carmel Valley. After spending the past 25 years as a stay at home mom, I'm excited to bring my years of experience to another family. Before becoming a mom, I worked as a fulltime nanny for fraternal twins from infancy until they started kindergarten. That experience gave me a strong foundation in childcare and helped shape my love for supporting children as they grow and learn. Most recently, I spent the last eight years as the primary caregiver to my mother and father-in-law, supporting them with compassion and dedication until they passed away. This experience strengthened my patience, reliability, and ability to care for others through every stage of life. As a stay at home mom for over two decades, I've worn many hats: caregiver, chauffeur, scheduler, problem solver, chef and multitasker-all while keeping a sense of humor. I believe strong relationships are built on trust, communication and kindness.
