About Michelle

As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with three years of experience, I am passionate about creating a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for children. I've had a great experience being a full time nanny for ages 0-15 and building connections with each little one and their families! I am known for my patient, warm, and playful nature, which puts children at ease. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, ensuring they are regularly updated about their child's day and any issues that arise. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, respecting their parenting style and preferences. I have switched from fully time nannying to part time as I'm getting my doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I have in depth experience with childhood development and children with behavioral issues. I am thoughtful and continue to broaden my education on how to best serve children. Lastly, I have music experience that often draws the little ones to me!
