About Michelle

Nurturing young minds is my passion, and I've dedicated the last 10 years to providing exceptional childcare for children aged 0-11. My background in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and as a retired special education teacher allows me to create engaging and educational experiences geared towards each individual needs. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time, and I'm skilled in crafting, light housekeeping, and travel. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. Parents appreciate my calm, creative, and friendly approach. I always follow their preferred communication method and am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I also am willing to retake First Aid Training and experience with special needs children. I'm happy to provide swimming supervision. Ultimately, I want to be more than just a caregiver; I want to be someone your child looks forward to seeing each day, and someone you trust implicitly.
