For the last 25 years I have worked in some capacity with the elderly as a Licensed Nurse . I Love the Elderly and knew this was my calling since I was a young girl . I have worked assisted living and skilled Nursing and owned my own Elderly Care Facility for 18 yrs in Vista . I sold my business in 2019 and now have the great pleasure of working one on one and can focus more on the Person instead of Paperwork ! I Will Cheerfully do medication management, weekly Med pours , help with ADL's , hands on care , Transfers , transportation . CPR and BLS certified . I also do care management if needed and requested I have many references from clients and Dr's that I have worked with and have been a part of their plan of care. My family will forever be grateful for the attentive and loving care Michelle gave to my mother as her caregiver for ten months. With Mom frail yet feisty at 97, she is demanding and requires a lot of attention. Fortunately, Michelle's professional nursing and comprehensive care-giving skills combined with her positive and compassionate nature, was the perfect combination of attributes Mom needed. Michelle not only efficiently provided all the personal assistance my mother required, e.g. shower, dress, cook, meds, chauffeur, and shop, but she also was a wonderful and loving companion and so much more. Michelle's take-charge approach to all issues that arose and providing me with accurate daily reports on how the day went was very reassuring. My family feels very blessed to have had her care for our mother. I highly recommend her as a compassionate caregiver.
