Hello! My name is Michelle, and I'm a full time nanny. I graduated with a degree in Psychology from University of Massachusetts Amherst back in 2017 and absolutely love working with children. I've been babysitting regularly for numerous families since the age of 14, working with kids of all ages and abilities After graduating, I took on a full time job as an instructional aide in a local school, and began nannying in the evenings for a wonderful family, aged 2 and 5. A couple years later I took on a full time live in nanny position with a newborn and 4-year-old. I was with them for two years before deciding to move to Boston taking on another full time nanny role for a family of 5 (kids aged 3, 5 and 7). I have since relocated to Austin to be closer to family and am very excited to have started working full time with an adorable newborn baby. At the moment, I'd love some extra hours and would be happy to assist with evenings/weekend help. Looking forward to connecting with you!

Michelle has been working as part time nanny (evenings) to our 2 girls (ages 5 yr & 1.5 yr) for almost 2 years. She picks them up from school, packs their lunches, preps their dinner, gives them baths, changes diapers, takes them on outings (e.g, the park), and puts them to bed as needed. Michelle is very reliable and responsible, always on time and very safety conscious. She has a nurturing but appropriately firm style that emphasizes positive reinforcement for appropriate behavior. During leisure time, Michelle engages with the girls, doing craft projects, reading, and playing w/ blocks/Legos. When the weather is nice, they go outside every day. Michelle is an invaluable part of our family - we love her and our kids adore her. We are truly blessed to have her!
