Michelle is a fantastic nanny and we feel so fortunate to have found her. My daughter is at an age where she doesn't always love having a "sitter", but she genuinely looks forward to when Michelle comes over. Michelle not only watches her, she engages with her on her level. They'll play games, talk about school or just hang out in a way that is respectful and fun. From my perspective, Michelle is everything you could ask for. She is always punctual, communicates clearly and is incredibly responsible. Leaving your child with someone requires a huge amount of trust and we have complete peace of mind when Michelle is here. She is a wonderful, positive presence and we can't recommend her highly enough.
