Hello! I am a retired elementary school teacher. I was a teacher for 27 years in Northern KY. I have experience teaching grades K-4 and I am a reading specialist. I have been the Teacher of the Year- 2002, a Golden Apple recipient- 2007, and was the Outstanding Teacher of Northern Kentucky in 2007. I love to teach by using a literacy based approach. I have access to numerous resources and can customize lessons specifically for the needs of the students. I am interested in pod learning /teaching. Children are my passion! I love to read to children, sing, laugh, take walks, anything that will make your child smile and feel loved. I can also guarantee that your child will read over 1, 000 books during the school year.
