With over 15 years of experience, my goal is to provide a safe, calm, and engaging environment for children. My patient and friendly nature allows me to connect easily with children and build strong relationships with families. I encourage positive growth mindset, problem solving and positive behavior management. I enjoy playing games like chase, riding bikes, and making up our own games. I see children who they are and everyday is something new and fun! I love to take kiddos out to incorporate fun and exploration. I believe in open and respectful communication with parents. Michelle was amazing with our 4 children. She was able meet the needs of them with ease. When there are 4 of them and they range from infant to 9 years old that is not an easy task. She is their favorite person and she is always coming up with new ways to keep them enterained!
