About Michelle

My name is Michelle. I am a mom and grandma and am looking for a change from the day-to-day hustle in the office, therefore I am going back to what I love... caring for and serving people; it's where my heart is. I have 2 granddaughters with mild to severe physical disabilities (both of whom I help to care for when not in school) and I know firsthand how hard it can be to find someone to care for ones that require more assistance, even if only for a couple of hours. I have past experience as running my own in-home daycare, in which any kiddos in my care at that time only came from word-of-mouth referrals. I was excited for children to have many experiences and watch them learn in wonder. I also have many years of experience (more recently) working with the older population, from being a CNA in the past, to an occupational therapy assistant. Caregiving in all capacities or stages of life is not new to me.
