Michelle cared for my grandmother, Michelle was able to gain my grandmother trust and made my grandmother feel comfortable. When I have a caregiver help me my grandmother doesn't like anyone to dress or help her in the bathroom. Michelle was able to make my grandmother feel comfortable with letting her help dress and change my grandmother. Michelle was 5 minutes early and I will definitely hire her again.
