We hired Michelle to help care for my mom who has Alzheimer's. Michelle's initial impression through phone calls and text was very warm and charismatic. She has such a gentle and warm approach as if we've known each other for a long time. My mom took well to her so that my dad could feel safe and comfortable leaving my mom in Michelle's care if he had to run errands. She kept a close distance to my mom making sure she had privacy yet was close enough if she needed her to help with anything. She made my mom feel safe and never forced her to do anything that would make my mom combative. She picked up quickly understanding my mom when she would speak Filipino and it would put my mom at ease. Michelle adapts quickly to the environment around her and is open to learning what works for your family. We really enjoyed having her.
