About Michelle

Hi! My name is Michelle, and I'm 21 years old. I've been working with kids for the past five years, caring for children from 12 weeks old to 12 years old. I currently work at a summer camp, where I plan activities, supervise children, and make sure they have a fun and safe environment. Since camp is ending soon, I'm looking for a long-term position with a great family. I also volunteer in the nursery at my church on Sundays, which gives me additional experience with infants and toddlers. I love creating fun crafts, games, and activities that keep kids engaged and learning. Whenever possible, I encourage hands-on play and outdoor activities instead of screen time, while always respecting each family's rules and routines. My goal is to provide a safe, caring, and fun environment where children can grow, learn, and enjoy being kids. I'd love the opportunity to support your family!
