Micha is an awesome caretaker and person too, she has great communication skills and is dependable. If she has something come up she informs far ahead of time! She always gave me an over view of what went on that day, what the kids had to eat, if there were any behavioral issues, etc. My kids always enjoyed her. I highly recommend her as your caregiver.
