I have worked as a CNA as a much younger woman, currently, I am a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and functional aging specialist. My passion is helping older adults to maintain their independence. Focusing on strength and balance, as well as, fall prevention. Pre-Covid, I was the fitness coordinator and taught classes at Arbor Terrace Hamilton Mill, I also taught at Park John's Creek for the past 6-7 years. I teach on zoom or in person, taking all precautions for the safety of my clients, as well as, my safety. I have worked with stroke victims, clients living with cancer.
