About Michele

I'm Michele. I am getting married in May 2027 and am looking for a small p/t opportunity doing something I genuinely love. I've been a mental health therapist for 11 years, currently working f/t, Tu-Fri. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 10 years working as a childcare provider, including several years as a f/t nanny. I've worked with 7 different families, 4 of which were nanny shares, caring for children of various ages. With my AD in Early Ed., my experience as a nanny and a therapist, I also bring 15 years experience specializing in parent coaching. I'd be happy to incorporate this service into our time together if desired. My parenting support comes from a developmental and behavioral perspective. I don't subscribe to or push any particular parenting philosophy. I work to individualize strategies that fit family's unique needs. However, if not desired, I can just be a fantastic caregiver for your little humans no matter their ages.
