Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. I have three years of experience providing hospice care and home health support, including meal preparation and dementia care. I am friendly and approachable. Regular updates via text or phone call are how I keep families informed about their loved one's well-being. I believe understanding a care recipient's preferences and personal history is key to building a strong connection. I am also experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and redirecting attention when needed. I have training in CPR and First Aid. Comfortable around pets, I also speak English and French.
