As a mom of 3 very active kids (8, 5, and soon to be 3) Michelle had her hands full when she came to help me take care of them. My kids have experience with being with a babysitter but Michelle didn't know my kids routine. Michelle proved herself to be dependable, attentive, and trustworthy. She had never taken care of 3 kids before but she jumped right in and didn't let her inexperience stop her. Anything I suggested and my kids suggested to her she did and she was up for the challenge. I gave her much to be responsible for and I could see that it was a lot to handle (honestly because her face looked overwhelmed) but she did a great job and the kids loved her. She sent me regular updates and even with issues that arose she handled them effectively and maturely. Thanks so much Michelle for giving this mom piece of mind.
