About Michala

I'd describe my personality as creative, outgoing, patient I like working with kids because It's what I enjoy the most. I love providing my services to others while also doing something I love. I'm looking for a job that is willing to grow with me and watch a relationship between care giver and child grow. I started working with kids when I was in high school. I took a class that allowed me to go to middle school and elementary schools to be a teacher aid and build relationships with kids. Now I work at a before and after school care program. In my spare time, I like to travel. I also like to DIY and bring my creativity out. One thing you should know about me is I'm very optimistic and want to grow. I am good with communication and big on trust. It's important to not only have a relationship with the kid but also the family. My skills include patience, compassion, organization, and many more
